Severe sinus headache and now coughing is making it unbearable. Is this worth a trip to the ER on a Saturday? - sinus headache more condition_symptoms

I have raging headache, no fever or vomiting, chest and thinks that there are related. It had to come and go for a week. My ears pop and now I have a cough. My throat hurts, and cough are the throbbing headache. It can not function normally. It's Saturday and I wonder if the ER is the right choice. My health care that can not help with all drugs. Help!
