Veterinary Nurse, how can I study without first having employment? - employment having psoriasis

Hello,
I am 18 years old and lives in Queensland, Australia. I want to be a veterinary nurse, but I know it is very difficult to take the industry without a first job in a veterinary practice and no one will hire you if you do not experience. So it's a Catch-22. Are there classes, no one knows, I can not online with an accredited course (eg TAFE), without a job?
