Ok, in short, here goes.
If you have a gear lever (forward - neutral - reverse resolve) has to shift to the rod when it puts the levers of power in the head. Now that repressed, remove the screws holding the gear on the lower unit. Give it a tug and gear must leave everything, including the drive shaft and water tube. OK, you remove the screws holding the pump in place and carefully pull the pump. Do not lose the key to the unit, if applicable. Consider the direction of the blades go the pump, and remember to put the new disk the same way. Use a thick clump and defamation in the cup, in order to protect the driver, until it fills with water (yes, we have) in the factory. The pump back together, and slide the gearbox back together.
